Our global Fintech client is seeking to recruit a UX/UI Product Design Lead to lead the design, data visualization and functionality for the UX and UI of a variety of digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, data visualization and functionality for the UX and UI of a variety of digital products
- Conceptualize and develop a comprehensive design strategy for enterprise wide use
- Solicit and analyze input and feedback from cross-functional business, product and engineering stakeholders
- Contribute and consumer best practices and UX/UI design methodologies with global counterparts
- Creatively solve complex data and design issues
- Create high-quality UX/UI design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Design UI tools and elements (navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, CTAs, banners, page layouts, widgets, etc.)
- Advise on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
- Collaborate closely with business, marketing and product stakeholders to resolve immediate problems
- Assist with interviews, surveys, user research and usability studies and translate findings into wireframes and prototypes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of B2B and/or consumer facing product design experience
- Advanced UX/UI design fundamentals and pixel perfect details
- Ability to analyze complex data, perform data visualization, develop dashboards
- Advance project management and project delivery skills
- Fundamental knowledge of HTML, Angular, React, CSS, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android and Design Systems technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
