Our global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager to plan, design and implement long-term professional development strategy for US Associates that will foster a positive employee experience and ensure progressive career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design and implement long-term professional development strategy for US Associates that will foster a positive employee experience and ensure progressive career growth
  • Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues (HR, DE&I, Learning & Development, Recruiting, Practice Management, etc.)
  • Build and implement a best in class Associate experience program
  • Facilitate communication channels and solicit ideas to ensure Associates have a voice and influence
  • Collaborate closely with key business partners to enhance mentoring programs and opportunities
  • Solicit Associate feedback to support process improvements and long-term professional development
  • Continuously evaluate and hone professional development processes and programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of continuing legal education and training programs
  • Work with Associates and key business partners on thought leadership pieces, events and social media output to promote the Associate experience and the firm’s brand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; JD preferred
  • 10+ years legal talent management or professional development experience
  • Experience designing and implementing Associate professional development and career appraisal programs
  • Highly motivated, creative and polished
  • Outgoing personality with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Well developed thought leadership skills
