Our global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager to plan, design and implement long-term professional development strategy for US Associates that will foster a positive employee experience and ensure progressive career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and implement long-term professional development strategy for US Associates that will foster a positive employee experience and ensure progressive career growth
- Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues (HR, DE&I, Learning & Development, Recruiting, Practice Management, etc.)
- Build and implement a best in class Associate experience program
- Facilitate communication channels and solicit ideas to ensure Associates have a voice and influence
- Collaborate closely with key business partners to enhance mentoring programs and opportunities
- Solicit Associate feedback to support process improvements and long-term professional development
- Continuously evaluate and hone professional development processes and programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of continuing legal education and training programs
- Work with Associates and key business partners on thought leadership pieces, events and social media output to promote the Associate experience and the firm’s brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; JD preferred
- 10+ years legal talent management or professional development experience
- Experience designing and implementing Associate professional development and career appraisal programs
- Highly motivated, creative and polished
- Outgoing personality with strong organizational and project management skills
- Well developed thought leadership skills
