Our global Financial Services client is seeking recruit a Senior Credit Analyst to analyze corporate credit quality and publish industry/credit research focused on the Technology, Telecom & Media/Entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Direct coverage responsibility for a group of companies in TMT portfolio
- Analyze financial factors affecting corporate credit quality across the TMT portfolio
- Interact frequently with corporate senior management through conference calls and onsite meetings
- Build financial forecasting models and analyze complex credit, financial and legal documents
- Participate in the internal credit committees review process
- Communicate regularly with institutional investors and key debt capital markets stakeholders
- Author and publish credit research and industry trend opinion pieces
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years’ corporate credit analysis across the broad TMT sector
- MBA / CFA preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of corporate credit and the capital markets industry
- Advanced writing and presentation skills
- Approximately 25% travel required
