Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit an Senior Analyst to support strategic marketing and business development planning with the fundamental objective of generating new business revenue with investment bankers, corporate treasurers, institutional investors and private equity sponsors in the leveraged loan and fixed income capital markets industry.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and maintain relationships with key investment bankers, corporate treasurers, institutional investors and private equity sponsors
- Foster and build existing relationships that lead to new business wins across the leveraged loan and fixed income capital markets
- Conduct industry, market and sector-based research
- Screen potential new business opportunities and coordinate outreach efforts with key external stakeholders
- Prepare engagement letters and confidentiality agreements and support the contract negotiation process for new business mandates
- Work closely with colleagues in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America on cross-border opportunities and consistent messaging strategies
- Develop, maintain and implement marketing collateral and outreach plans
- Mentor, coach and supervise junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years’ leveraged finance, high yield or investment grade capital markets investment banking experience
- Advanced knowledge of leveraged loans and fixed income capital markets
- Highly motivated and personable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proof of Covid vaccination required
