Our global Financial Services client is seeking recruit a Marketing Strategy Associate to partner with Client Relationship Managers and global marketing colleagues to develop integrated marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, brand awareness and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s market presence with the ultimate goal of maximizing revenue growth and increasing market share
  • Work closely with Business Management, Sales and Client Relationship Management to plan, develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Advise internal business partners on optimal marketing and branding strategies based on keen knowledge of market conditions and overall business objectives
  • Assist marketing specialists with tactical execution of digital campaigns, event planning, branding campaigns and content development
  • Develop thought leadership strategy to promote the expertise of the firm’s analytical staff and market content
  • Analyze performance metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and determine future marketing investments
  • Develop and implement a reporting system showcasing marketing KPIs to senior management
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal marketing support resources
  • Adopt and promote best practices the empower employees to utilize proven marketing solutions
  • Assist the marketing director with budget oversight and analysis of global marketing investment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8-10 years’ integrated marketing strategy planning and execution experience in the financial services industry
  • Highly motivated, intellectually curious and creative
  • Innovative strategic planning expertise with the ability to execute tactically
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data and performance metrics to drive marketing strategy and execution
  • Advance writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
