Our global Investment Management client is seeking to hire an experienced HR Data Management Lead to manage the firm’s complex HR data, compensation data, analytics and play a key role in setting and executing the firm’s long-term employee strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm’s complex HR data, compensation data, analytics and play a key role in setting and executing the firm’s long-term employee strategy
- Analyze, synthesize and clean the historical data backlog
- Create and implement process improvements, efficiencies and data management documentation procedures
- Directly support and manage complex investor data, analytics and reporting requests (DDQs)
- Act as the primary contact for HR data management, analytics and reporting for internal business stakeholders
- Prioritize and provide accurate responses to HR data, analytics and reporting requests while meeting time sensitive deadlines
- Support reporting requests spanning complex and confidential employee, DE&I and compensation data
- Analyze and audit HR systems ensuring data accuracy
- Create efficiencies and identify themes for data collection, dashboards and presentations
- Oversee enterprise-wide confidential compensation data and support senior management during the annual compensation review process
- Collaborate closely with the Workday HRIS lead to ensure systems and business process efficiencies and data integrity
- Provide premier client service support to key business stakeholders globally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years HR data management, analytics and reporting experience
- Advanced Workday data management systems experience
- Demonstrated experience creating dashboards
- Prior experience with data retention, managing sensitive and confidential data and how to use data strategically
- Advanced business acumen and the ability to interface effectively with business stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to prioritize projects based on need and sensitivity and deliver projects accurately and on time
- Experience with data visualization tools such as SharePoint and Power BI
- Technical proficiency with MS Excel and Data Warehousing tools
- Outgoing, motivated and personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
