Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Director with well established financial sponsor relationships, new business development expertise and transaction execution experience in the leveraged finance / debt capital markets industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform new business development with top-tier financial sponsors, investment banks and corporate debt issuers
- Develop and execute strategic plans that lead to long-term revenue growth
- Work closely with global colleagues and senior management on strategic marketing planning and execution
- Develop a cohesive messaging strategy that will effectively drive revenue and brand engagement
- Assist with cross-border initiatives
- Pitch the firm’s strategic philosophy, market insights and competitive value advantages directly with clients and prospects
- Analyze market conditions, competitives, and industry intelligence to assist with pitch development and marketing content
- Mentor and coach junior relationship managers
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ leveraged finance experience at a top-tier global investment bank
- Demonstrated capital markets, syndication or financial sponsor origination experience
- Industry agnostic coverage experience (Healthcare, Consumer/Retail, Industrials, or Information/Business Services coveraged experience a plus)
- New business development and commercial relationship management expertise
- Ability and willingness to travel as required (post-Covid)
