Our global Financial Services client is seeking recruit a Credit Analyst to analyze CLO transactions and trend analysis in the structured credit markets.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the credit quality of existing and new issue CLO transactions
- Develop financial models and cash flow models used to analyze transaction structures
- Perform collateral analysis and review legal documentation
- Assist with internal credit committee presentations and reporting
- Author and publish credit research and market trend analysis reports
- Interact frequently with institutional investors, bankers, sell side / buy side analysts and debt issuers regarding credit quality opinions and analysis
- Assist with internal research projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Quantitative discipline preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and cash flow modeling ability
- 4+ years’ experience analyzing and modeling stuctured credit transactions
- Advanced technical proficiency (Excel, Word, VBA)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
