Our international Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Business Development Specialist with experience developing and executing cross-practice client pitch materials and RFP responses.
Responsibilities:

- Develop client pitch materials and respond to requests for proposal (RFPs) in a timely manner
- Maintain all pitch materials and RFPs in the CRM system
- Support marketing and business development senior management with writing, editing and proofreading RFPs and other client pitch materials and related documentation
- Work closely with practice group leaders, firm partners and attorneys to develop persuasive pitch materials
- Effectively manage simultaneous projects and deadlines
- Consistently produce high quality and error free pitch materials
- Work overtime as required
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism or English preferred
- 2 years’ professional services or legal marketing experience with a focuse on proposal drafting and execution
- Advanced writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Highly motivated, organized and detail oriented with proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience with Capital IQ preferred
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
