Our elite global Private Equity client is seeking to recruit an experienced, hands-on and entrepreneurial VP to provide institutional investment and portfolio construction advisory services to the US and international family office and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide institutional investment and portfolio construction advisory services to the US and international family office and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Advise family offices and UHNW individuals on gaining access to top-tier US private market investment managers
- Advise and execute on real estate asset acquisitions and real estate private equity investment opportunities
- Perform rigorous deal underwriting and investment identification
- Oversee owned real estate assets
- Develop business plans, perform capital project analysis, manage leasing strategies and perform investment performance analysis
- Collaborate closely with internal partners and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, attorneys, real estate operators, lenders and brokers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6-10 years of real estate private equity and acquisition/development experience
- Real estate investment banking transaction execution experience preferred
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial with the demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Advanced knowledge of the real estate private equity and related investment strategies
- Demonstrated real estate institutional investing and portfolio construction skills
- Advanced underwriting and hands-on technical financial skills
- Well developed client relationship management skills, including experience working with domestic and international investors
