Our elite global Law Firm is seeking to recruit a Pricing Analyst to provide financial analysis, budgeting and pricing support to firm’s pricing and billing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis, budgeting and pricing support to firm’s pricing and billing teams
- Utilize existing models and develop new models to prepare legal matter budget estimates
- Analyze and maintain client fee agreements and work with the billing team to answer any rate related inquiries
- Ensure client and matter fee arrangements are implemented accurately
- Analyze pricing provisions and make recommendations for potential revisions
- Analyze and develop matter, portfolio and client reports
- Interact with attorneys regarding fee arrangements, pricing, budgeting, and reporting
- Perform custom rate analysis required for RFP responses and client negotiations
- Collaborate with partners to update client level arrangements and agreements
- Assist with the annual review of firm standard rates
- Contribute to best practices, process improvements and automation projects
- Complete ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of financial analysis, budget analysis or pricing analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience is a plus
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to analyze and synthesize complex data
- Highly motivated and detail oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong project management skills
- Legal industry experience is a plus
