Our elite global Private Credit Fund client is seeking to recruit a Performance Analytics Associate with advanced Power BI skills and demonstrated investor-facing reporting, performance analytics and P&L driver analysis and data analytics experience in the private credit or direct lending industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform investor-facing reporting, performance analytics and P&L driver analysis and data analytics
- Work with large complex datasets and ensure platform data integrity and accuracy
- Utilize advanced Power BI skills to generate investor and performance reports and manage data analytics
- Collaborate closely with front-office investment teams, institutional investors and other key stakeholders
- Gather requirements from business users for report development, to provide critical analytical recommendations and to identify operational improvements
- Assist with strategic project and ad hoc technology and system enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of investor-facing fund and performance reporting experience required
- Advanced Power BI skills mandatory
- Private Credit / Direct Lending industry experience mandatory
- Ability to work closely with front-office investment teams
- P&L and fund data analytics experience
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from business users, generate actionable reports and identify trends required
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking, project management and problem solving skills
- Understanding of the private credit fund structures, waterfall calculations and financial statement analysis preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
- Exposure to AI and/or interest in working with AI platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
