Our elite global Private Credit Fund client is seeking to recruit a Fund Level Investor Reporting Associate perform fund-level data analysis and investor performance reporting utilizing hands-on business intelligence skills (Power BI/Business Objects) to analyze large complex datasets, ensure data integrity, maintain the data platform and perform investor reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fund-level data analysis and investor performance reporting
- Work with large complex datasets
- Utilize business intelligence tools (Power BI/Business Objects) to compile and write reports and perform data automation and reporting
- Play a key role in ensuring data integrity, maintaining the data platform and performing a variety of strategic data initiatives across the private credit platform
- Analyze various P&L drivers
- Analyze, compile and deliver fund performance reports to senior management and key platform stakeholders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the private credit platform to gather requirements for operations improvements and report development
- Undertake data cleanup initiatives and projects focused on ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Work closely with front-office investment teams, institutional investors and other key advisors
- Perform ad hoc projects including, but not limited to system upgrades, process automation, technology initiatives and strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of fund-level data analytics and investor performance reporting experience in the investment management, alternative investing, financial services or business consulting industries
- Demonstrated experience working with data analytical and business intelligence tools: hands-on skills in Power BI (DAX/Power Query) strongly preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of the private credit ecosystem
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong project management and requirements gathering skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
- Exposure to AI and/or interest in working with AI platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
