Our international Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Senior Client Development Adviser to advise US and international partners on go-to-market strategies and new business development and pursuit initiatives with top firm clients and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and hands-on execution support to US and international partners focused on new business development initiatives with top-tier firm clients and key prospects
- Establish a deep understanding of the firm’s key client base and identify opportunities to expand relationships, develop a robust sales pipeline and drive new revenue development
- Lead strategy meetings and develop compelling business intelligence and pitch materials
- Provide advice to US and international partners on executable go-to-market strategies
- Analyze market trends and identify client growth objectives and develop relevant outreach programs
- Debrief partners and business development marketing team colleagues following client pitch meetings to identify key drivers and ensure effective follow up
- Oversee the development, production and execution of pitch materials, marketing collateral, briefing documents and proposals
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to evaluate pitch performances and effectively manage long-term strategic planning objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years’ new business development and strategic planning experience at an international law firm, management consulting or professional services firm
- Confident and highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners and key business leadership
- Ability to influence key audiences and drive the adoption and implementation of strategic recommendations
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to process and summarize complex information
- Excellent communication, writing, editing and presentation skills
- Advanced degree preferred, but not required
